Precautions when picking up the car
When you arrive at the arrival hall, please call the staff of  AVIS Xiaogang Airport Branch [(02) 6620-6620 ext. 173]. The staff will wait for you at the international arrivals exit and lead you to the car rental counter. (Please identify the staff wearing  AVIS uniforms)

When you arrive at Budget Xiaogang Airport Branch, please show your reservation confirmation, driver's license, and other relevant documents to the staff.

After the procedure is completed, the staff will lead you to pick up the car.

※The airport pick-up service needs to be reserved three days before picking up the car, and the flight information, arrival time, and the number of people will be provided when making the reservation. Those who do not make an appointment will not be able to use the shuttle service.

※Budget staff will contact you by email after the reservation is successful, please take the initiative to inform you that you need pick-up service when you receive the confirmation email from Budget  Car Rental.
